This summer tenants at Boulmer Court have been getting to grips with creative ways to get digital.

As part of their Scan & Connect project they've been supported by professional artists each week for poetry, glasswork, visual arts and animation.

Here you'll find a snippet for their work so far, made available to people living at Boulmer Court in Chester-le-Street, and the wider community through scannable QR codes. The codes can be found on coasters in their lounge, so visitors can also have a  look over a cuppa or two! The project aims to make accessing online information in everyday life more fun and more familiar for people who can easily feel digitally excluded.
