HenPals, an initiative connecting people through their creative interests

We're looking for letter writers to join HenPals, a new strand of our HenPower project. If you've time in the day and something to say we'd love to hear from you.

HenPals aims to connect older people living in care settings with people who have similar creative interests from around the UK, and also across the world.

All you have to do is write a letter detailing a bit about yourself and your creative interests, whether you’re a painter, in a choir or involved in your local theatre group, and our team will link it with older people taking part in our creative sessions. 

So far, we have received letters from local areas like South Shields and Darlington as well as letters from further afield, including London, Swansea and Belfast.
